Catarina Silva Martins joined Dower Law Firm in 2022, where she works mainly in the Public Law and Competition areas.
She has a law degree from the "Universidade Católica Portuguesa - Centro Regional do Porto".
In addition, she holds a Master's degree in Corporate and Business Law from the "Universidade Católica Portuguesa - Centro Regional do Porto", having presented her thesis on the topic: "The problem of access to essential infrastructure in the context of competition law - remedies".
In 2018, he attended the Intensive Course in Administrative and Tax Justice, promoted by the "Centro de Estudos Jurídicos do Minho" and, in 2021, the Specialisation Course in Public Procurement taught by "Iscte - Instituto Universitário de Lisboa".
She continues to serve as a trainer for courses on licensing, public space occupation, and non-contractual civil liability of the State
