Catarina Silva Martins joined Dower Law Firm in 2022, where she works mainly in the Public Law and Competition areas.
She has a law degree from the "Universidade Católica Portuguesa - Centro Regional do Porto".
In addition, she holds a Master's degree in Corporate and Business Law from the "Universidade Católica Portuguesa - Centro Regional do Porto", having presented her thesis on the topic: "The problem of access to essential infrastructure in the context of competition law - remedies".
