Susana Brazão joined Dower Law Firm in 2023 as a Legal Officer.
Holding a degree in Legal Practice from ISMAI - Instituto Superior da Maia, and a Legal Officer since 2009, has been developing her activity, mainly in the areas of Registries and Notary, acting, including, as an Authenticating Entity for Authenticated Private Documents (DPAs), in the area of real estate law, joining the firm's teams participating in real estate and corporate structuring operations and in the area of Successions (Judicial and Extrajudicial Partitions).
Has particular intervention in matters related to land regularization, rural subdivisions, simple and integral, property alterations, cancellations, annotations, new registrations, horizontal property, donations, purchases and sales, usufructs and waivers, tax settlements, inclusion in the Finance of IMI Model 1 of horizontal property and other urban properties, annexations of buildings, powers of attorney and vehicle registration.
In the area of Commercial Law, also acts in the request for National Registry of Legal Persons certificates, preparation of commercial registrations of the appointment of social bodies, modification of statutory clauses, including changes of headquarters, object, capital increases, constitution, transformation, merger and dissolution of companies, transfer and unification of quotas.
