Miguel Cunha Machado is Managing Partner of Dower Law Firm
Graduated in Law from "Universidade Portucalense Infante. D. Henrique".
Master's degree in Contract and Company Law from the "Escola de Direito da Universidade do Minho", having presented his thesis on the subject: "Consumer Rights in the Face of Non-Conformity of Goods: Hierarchy or Alternativity?".
Guest speaker at various conferences organized by the "Ordem dos Advogados” (Portuguese Bar Association) and several higher education institutions.
He is also a trainer and responsible for several courses on Civil and Labor Procedural Practices - "Faculdade de Direito da Universidade do Porto”, “Escola de Direito da Universidade do Minho”, “Universidade Portucalense Infante D. Henrique”, “Universidade Católica Portuguesa”, “Faculdade de Direito da Universidade de Lisboa", events held in partnership with ELSA (European Law Students Association) and their respective Student Associations.
Guest lecturer at the Postgraduate Course in Human Resources and Labor Relations at the "Instituto Superior de Entre Douro e Vouga" (2020).
Trainer in the Preparation Course for the oral exams of the Intensive Course in Administrative and Tax Justice - for the preparation of access to the Administrative and Tax Courts (2023).
Trainer on the Preparation Course for access to the CEJ "Centro de Estudos Judiciários" - Judicial Courts (2019-2024) – “Centro de Estudos Jurídicos do Minho” (CEJUR) - Written Exams and Oral Exams - Civil Procedural Law/Law of Obligations/Insurance Law.
