Eduardo Castro Marques is a Managing Partner of Dower Law Firm.
Has a Law degree from the "Faculdade de Direito da Universidade do Porto", as well as a Master Degree in Contracts and Company Law from the "Escola de Direito da Universidade do Minho".
Has also completed a specialization in Legal-Administrative Sciences from the "Faculdade de Direito da Universidade do Porto", as well as a postgraduate degree in Commercial Company Law from the "Universidade Católica Portuguesa" – Oporto Regional Centre.
Eduardo Castro Marques has also complemented his studies in various areas of law, including:
Cybersecurity course at the "Instituto Jurídico da Comunicação" (IJC) of "Faculdade de Direito da Universidade de Coimbra";
Advanced Course in Data Protection Compliance in the European Union at the "Instituto Europeu de Administração Pública" - EIPA, Maastricht;
Course in Labor Procedural Practices at the "Faculdade de Direito da Universidade do Porto".
Also was a Founder and Chairman of the Board of the “Associação de Jovens Juslaboralistas” (AJJ) between 2013 and 2018 and was a member of the Organizing Committee for the 2017 and 2019 editions of Labour2030, a Law Academy event.
Collaborates with various educational institutions and is a lecturer at the "Instituto Superior de Entre Douro e Vouga", where he also coordinates the Postgraduate Course in Human Resources and Labor Relations.
Also is a lecturer and responsible for several courses on Civil and Labor Procedural Practices - "Faculdade de Direito da Universidade do Porto”, “Escola de Direito da Universidade do Minho", "Universidade Portucalense Infante D. Henrique" and "Universidade Católica Portuguesa", events held in partnership with ELSA (European Law Students Association) and their respective Student Councils.
Member of the “Instituto das Sociedades de Advogados” (ISA) of the “Ordem dos Advogados” (Portuguese Bar Association).
