Journey
Letícia Marques Costa holds a PhD in Law from the “Faculdade de Direito da Universidade do Porto” (2017), having been unanimously approved with the thesis "The Insolvency of Natural Persons".
She holds a Master's degree in Law (Legal and Private Sciences) from FDUP (2011), with a final average of 16 points, for her thesis "Fresh start: the exoneration of remaining liabilities or a new opportunity granted to natural persons?". She graduated in Law from FDUP (2009).
She has been an Adjunct Professor and Coordinator of ISVOUGA's Solicitors Degree Programme since the 2017/2018 academic year. She is also an Assistant Professor at "Universidade Portucalense” and “Universidade Lusófona do Porto", where she has worked since 2011/2012. She is also a Lawyer and Researcher at JUSGOV (E-Tec).
She has devoted herself primarily to the study of Insolvency Law, her favourite area of research. She has participated in various conferences and similar events.
