Raquel Soares Mendes joined Dower Law Firm in 2024, practicing mainly in the areas of Public Law, Administrative Law, Administrative Offences Law, and Arbitration.
Earned her Bachelor's degree in Law from the University of Coimbra in 2011 and her Master's degree in Legal-Criminal Sciences from the Faculty of Law at the University of Coimbra in 2013.
Raquel Soares Mendes also holds a Postgraduate degree in Public Procurement Law from CEDIPRE, Faculty of Law, University of Coimbra, obtained in 2019, and completed a course in International Cooperation at the same university.
Interned as part of a professional internship (IEFP) in the Goods and Services Acquisition Department of the Viseu Municipal Chamber from 2015 to 2016.
