Ana Filipa Urbano joined Dower Law Firm in 2024, practicing mainly in the areas of Administrative Law, Public Law, and Public Procurement.
Holds a Bachelor's degree in Law and a Master's degree in Administrative Law, both obtained from the Faculty of Law at the University of Lisbon.
Has a Postgraduate degree in Public Procurement Law from CEDIPRE – University of Coimbra, and in Public Accounting from ISCAP.
Ana Filipa Urbano is an active participant in the Social Entrepreneurship Program at IES Social Business School. In terms of teaching, she has served as a guest lecturer at ISCTE – Executive Education and has delivered various training sessions in Public Law for public and private entities.
Additionally, contributes to the Human Rights Observatory as a reporting lawyer.
