Humberto Tomaz Silva joined Dower Law Firm in 2024 as Chief Sustainability Officer.
He has a degree in Environmental Sciences in the area of Natural Heritage Conservation from "Universidade Aberta".
He has completed various training and courses in the environmental field, namely:

Science Communication: Communicating Trustworthy Information in the Digital World (Erasmus Universiteit Rotterdam)
Large Marine Ecosystems: Assessment and Management (University of Cape Town)
A consultant since 2022, he has carried out various projects in partnership with national and international NGOs, getting involved in various issues of local and international importance, establishing strategic partnerships for the discussion and resolution of environmental, social and economic problems. He organizes events in the field of environmental awareness and education.
