Dower Law Firm Strengthens Public Law team with six new professionals

Dower Law Firm announces the strengthening of its Public Law team with the integration of six new professionals. Ana Filipa Urbano joins the firm as a Partner, while Bárbara Damas, Liliana Sousa Correia, Raquel Soares Mendes, and Ricardo Barbosa Moreira transition from Pacheco Amorim, Miranda Blom & Associados as associates. Carlos José Batalhão, who previously served as Of-Counsel at Dower Law Firm, now takes on the role of Partner within the same firm.

“The addition of these highly skilled professionals to our team allows us to expand our operations and deepen our specialization in the areas of Public Law, Administrative Law, Public Procurement, and Urban Planning. This expansion reflects our ongoing commitment to excellence and innovation in delivering our services,” says Managing Partner Eduardo Castro Marques.

“Incorporating top-tier professionals into our team strengthens our capacity to respond even more effectively and specialized to the increasing demands of the sector. The diversity of skills and the technical quality that already define our team are further reinforced, consolidating our commitment to providing outstanding legal services,” highlights Catarina Silva Martins, coordinating associate of the team.

Dower Law Firm's Public team will be presented at the beginning of December during a conference held at the firm’s new premises – Edifício Icon Douro – which will cover the topics of “Special Preventive Oversight in the PRR and the General Prevention of Corruption Regime.” The conference will feature Fernando Batista, President of IMPIC and President of the Institute of Public Markets, Real Estate, and Construction.
