April marks the legal deadline for submitting the annual evaluation report of the Corruption Risk Prevention Plan.
We remind you that the General Corruption Prevention Regime (RGPC), approved by Decree-Law no. 109-E/2021, requires companies with 50 or more employees to implement a Compliance Program, which must include at least the following:
Corruption and Related Offenses Risk Prevention Plan (PPR);
Code of Conduct;
Training Program;
Whistleblowing Channel.
During this month of April, the annual evaluation report of the PPR must be prepared, and it should include:

Failure to comply with these obligations may constitute an administrative offense, punishable with fines of up to €44,891.81.
